Join a Montgomery County Republican Party Subcommittee

Any registered Republican in Montgomery County may become an Associate Member of the Central Committee and join a subcommittee. As a member of a Subcommittee, you will work directly with the Subcommittee Chair to implement the Subcommittee's purposes and goals. Please become an Associate Member of the Central Committee today and help further the Republican cause in Montgomery County!

Precinct Organization Subcommittee

Recruitment and training of precinct workers

Poll watching on Election Day

Get-Out-The-Vote Subcommittee
Voter registration
Voter turnout on Election Day
Absentee ballot contacts
New voter greeting & registration

Candidate Support Subcommittee
Candidate recruitment
Candidate and campaign training
Issue and opponent research
Coordination of campaigns and campaign assistance

Resource Management Subcommittee
Fundraising (direct mail, telephone bank, Century Club, major donor events)
Budget development and tracking
Party web site development and maintenance

Database Management Subcommittee
Maintenance of data on voters, club members, volunteers, contributors, etc.
Special analyses of data (e.g., to support candidates)

Community Interaction Subcommittee
Internal activities; Lincoln Day Dinner; GOP Summer Picnic; County Fair; Party newsletter
Outreach activities; liaison to ethnic or selected demographic groups; relations with media; speakers bureau
